The MSc in Biomedical Science has been designed to provide graduates in the biomedical sciences or related subjects to reinforce their knowledge of fundamental topics and to undertake an advanced study into one of the areas of haematology, cellular pathology or medical microbiology.

This course allows you to pursue an individual programme of research within any of the specialist areas of expertise within the School. You will normally need a first or second class honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. The degree involves investigation and evaluation of an approved research project and the presentation of a dissertation.
